My Client is a luxury Irish Home Brand supplying internationally through high end retailers. We are recruiting a Head Of Supply Chain to run the day day warehouse, transport and assist implementing a new ERP system.

Responsibilities:
* Multi-site management of both the warehouse and production facilities
* Managing a team of warehouse staff with 6 direct reports
* Seasonal recruitment of personnel for both production and warehousing
* Ensuring online and trade orders are being fulfilled on time and accurately
* Oversee Quality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Health and Safety
* Ensure daily order pick rates are being achieved
* Enhancing customer service levels ensuring products arrive at the right place and time
* Liaising with the Managing Director, Commercial Director and Purchasing Controller daily
* Personnel development and KPI setting for operational and production team members
* Actively seek continuous improvement in production Trade orders and ecommerce orders
* Regularly brief warehouse and production teams ensuring staff levels are efficient to accomplish workloads
* Knowledge of or similar tier 1 NetSuite ERP.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
* Experience managing teams from both a line manager and disciplinary line manager perspective
* Previous experience with P&L ownership for logistics cost centres
* Understanding of packing methods for secure transport
* Negotiating SLAs with key suppliers, Transport companies and subcontractors
* High level of attention to detail
* Experience implementing LEAN and agile processes in warehouse and production settings which are scalable with a double-digit growth environment
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability of building consensus and driving issue resolution
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent understanding of demand planning (S&OP)
* Experience working with and implementing ERP systems
* Detailed knowledge of export trade legislation with regards to customs requirements for ROW and UK
* Experience in omni channel warehousing (advantageous)
* Experience in subsidiary set up with a view towards supporting commercial goals in other territories
