Location: Dublin 15 (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity presents itself for a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This will be a hybrid role joining our on-site client facing team in Dublin 15.

We are looking for well organised professional, preferably with an experience working in large organisation, recruiting high volume temporary employees and being able to simultaneously maintain HR related duties.

This role is very much hybrid, between the HR administration and recruitment, so you would need to enjoy doing both. While recruiting new employees we would like you to take an active part in screening process, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating psychometric assessments. HR Administration would involve the on boarding process, induction training, payroll administration, maintenance of the staff records and other ad-hoc duties. We might also ask you to be working on-site at our Clients, several times a week.

Manpower will make sure that you will be provided throughout training, but some independence on the role will be required shortly. Your skills and experience
* At least 2 years experience in a HR or recruitment function
* A Bachelors Degree (or higher) in a Human Resources related subject
* Ability to communicate and work closely with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a high level of diplomacy and professionalism
* Excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport
