Sales Enablement Specialist
We are looking for a skilled individual to help run EMEA Revenue Enablement programs for Dropbox. As a key partner to Sales & Marketing Leadership, you will deliver the sales enablement for all EMEA customer & partner facing sellers. Working as part of the Global Revenue Enablement team, you will define goals, success factors, and key metrics for the programs and deliver against them. You are a team player, but also capable of running programs solo. You need to sweat the details, love to execute in a rapidly changing environment, be results-oriented, and be passionate about helping the teams you work with exceed their targets.
- Engage with a broad range of cross functional partners to design, deliver and innovate on an excellent on-boarding experience for all new sales hiresOwn and maintain content for several programs rolled out during the FYPartner closely with EMEA Revenue Enablement Lead (Frank van der Vinden) to define, deliver & measure key programs for the sales organisationLead & support select Revenue Enablement initiatives (including, but not limited to, product launches, sales certifications, GTM changes)Ability to facilitate weekly Webinars and Training sessionsMaintaining program documents Shadow the Enablement Lead and support this roleDrive admin and update of key metrics in many of the Revenue Enablement programs
- Experience in Sales, ideally in Revenue enablement & program management Excellent coordination & organisational abilities Excellent verbal & written communication skillsBe 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, get in the weeds, & do what is needed to make the programs successfulHands-on content creation experience is a nice to have, ideally some experience with sales curricula development but can be learned on the job. Ability to command a room (in person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling mannerKnowledge of Zoom, Salesforce, Fuse LMS, outreach, Dropbox, Menti, Kahoot & Gong
