Client Success Manager - Dutch

I am looking to speak to an experienced or aspiring Client Success Manager for BeNeLux Market who is looking for an exciting new challenge with a globally established company.

You'll lead an unparalleled team that supports, promotes, lives and breathes service culture.

The Job And Responsibilities:

? Directly lead all aspects of a team of Individual Contributors (including a
Team Lead and Senior Client Success Specialists)
? Responsibility for training and onboarding, performance management and managing inter-team relations
? Upskilling existing and new team members
? Monitoring and reporting of team level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Partner closely with Sales Directors in your region
? Coordinate team client books and offer mentorship on performance improvement and comprehension of metrics

Who you are:

? Min. 2 year management experience - or leadership experience relevant to role type
? 5+ years related experience (i.e. Industry (Recruitment, Staffing, Dot com/tech, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency), B2B relationship management,
account management, customer service
? 1+ years (min) experience in client facing position
? Fluent in both Dutch and English
? Adaptable and agile leadership style - have an impact from day one.
? Ability to take initiative
