Accounts Team Lead

Our client are a family run business based in Dublin 17.
Due to their current Head of Accounts retiring, they are now looking for an Accounts Team Lead to oversee and actively run and process their Accounts Dept.

The tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
Vat Returns

Annual reconciliation and agreement with revenue

PAYE monthly returns that are reconciled every month

Purchase invoices (large quantity each month )

Budgets

Payments

Credit Control

Petty Cash

Final Accounts and monthly accounts

Financial Reporting

Payroll.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and will have 3-5 years experience leading a small team in accounts.
They will have experience in all the tasks listed and be able to assist, coach and motivate 2-3 members of the team to ensure smooth and accurate running of the department.
