Claims Administrator

We are hiring a Claims Administrator for our Dublin based client. This role is based in our clients Dublin office but working flexibly and reporting to the Head of Claims Operations & Analytics, the Claims Administrator will provide vital support for our clients claims function to ensure that they provide a first-class claims service to their clients around the world.

Tasks include:

  • Set up new claims
  • Update existing claims
  • Process reserves and payments
  • Update claims diary
  • Provide data reports
  • Compile weekly dashboards
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Carry out sanctions and premium checks
  • Mailbox management
  • Bordereaux upload and mapping to Bordereaux Management System
  • Review and cleanse bordereaux claims data



Key Requirements:

  • Excellent Excel skills (including lookups & pivots)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Advanced numerical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work within multiple platforms
