Purpose of Position (Summary):
This position provides support to customers for MSA products and services. Handling inbound and outbound communication of both a commercial and technical nature, entering customer orders and responding to problems or inquires. Handles pre-sales and after-sales activities as well as looking after export side of the business.
Experience (required):
- 3-5 years demonstrated commercial/customer facing experience
- Experience managing shipments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for service, positive attitude, and strong client focus
- Demonstrated high levels of autonomy and reliability
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal skills, proven listening skills and the ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively to MSA customers, channel partners & associates
- Adept at anticipating and adapting to changing job needs with exceptional results
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment & handle difficult interactions with customers
- Experience working in a team environment, including sharing feedback and knowledge with peers
Education (required):
- Understanding or experience in handling / dealing with technical products
- Logistics or Business Degree (or similar experience) desirable
