We are looking for German-speaking candidates with experience in real estate, legal and compliance, administration, sales, and project control for multiple open roles. These requirements are subject to different roles.

WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE AS;

Inside Sales Executive:
* Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission.
* Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls.

Lease Processor:
* Reviewing lease agreements and entering the data from them accurately into databases.
* Papering lease amendments based on terms submitted by colleagues.

Contract Administration
* Reviewing lease agreements and entering the data from them accurately into databases.
* Providing excellent attention to detail whilst working to deadlines.

Client Relation consultant
* Communicate with landlords via phone and email.
* Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate unresolved issues while following procedures.
* Data entry and process monitoring.

 

REQUIREMENT


* Native German
* Data entry
* Sales/Administration experience
* Computer skills proficiency
* Work Independently while also being a team player
* Customer service experience
