Transformation HR Business Partner/Programme Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transformation HR Business Partner/Programme Manager to join our client, a leading global FMCG company based at their prestigious facility in Manchester. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP for 12 months with possibility of extension for the right candidate, working a 37.5-hour week and is paying up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Senior HR Programme Manager / Business Partner required to lead and support a complex change programme. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership Team at site and the Country HR Team to:

• Develop and execute a robust communication plan
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the end to end of major programmes of work.
• Take full accountability for scope and quality
• Ensure programme risks and issues are managed / mitigated to the highest standard
• Develop and maintain close working relationships.
• Promote the development of new initiatives which support the strategic direction of the business.

What you need:

• Demonstrable extensive experience of delivering multiple, large HR transformation projects within blue collar / factory environments.
• Experience of supporting people change in a unionised environment
• Relationship Management - ability to build, establish and maintain influential relationships to drive effective decision making.
• Engage, collaborate, and challenge teams to ensure the transformation workstream plan has stakeholder engagement
• Able to work autonomously and own the end-to-end process
• Confident, self-starter who is focused on delivering highest quality outputs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Must be a strong problem solver to be able to formulate new ideas and get around blockers
