Customer Base Sales Development Representative

Our client is a HR Tech company with headquarters in Dublin. They developed a single enterprise cloud solution that combines finance, HR, and planning under one platform. They are looking to bring on a bilingual Customer Base Corporate Sales Development Representative - to join their rapidly expanding team.


What will you do:

  • Working with all customers across the region to enhance the client's investment.
  • Raising awareness around functionality which customers have yet to purchase and targeting key stakeholders in the business to form new relationships.
  • Generating add-on subscription opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with the client.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of add-on subscription opportunities.

Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing, CSM's, presales and value management teams to define joint strategy for developing the customer base.

What is needed for this role:

  • Fluent English speaker with native/Fluency in German, French or Dutch.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated, tenacious and detail oriented.
  • Strong phone and web conferencing manners
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales development, customer service or consultancy background, preferably in technology industry.
  • Passion to innovate and an ability to convey a vision of the intrinsic potential of technology.
  • Knowledge of a plus.
