Role Description and Responsibilities:
As part of the Support Vendor and Launch Success team, this role will manage tactical reporting and work necessary to keep our vendor teams running smoothly. Examples of work that might be required includes:
- Work as point of contact for Frontline support vendor to answer tactical questions in Jira
- Complete KTLO work for Frontline Support team (i.e. granting free Plus accounts, weekly report transfers)
- Complete audit work for support tech vendors (i.e. monthly license audits)
- Run existing project reports with comms shared within CX
Required Skills:
- Passionate about customer experience and making life simpler with technology
- Experience working with Dropbox as a product
- You are proficient in excel and Jira
- Comfortable with minor data analysis
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with vendors a plus
