Manpower are supporting our client in recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Cwmbran.

Key Elements of the role

• Management of budgets for warehouse, fulfilment, rework and B2C.
• Management of Logistics operations to include staffing (permanent/temp/agency), storage (Inc. external), HASAW, assessing risk and E2E supply chain management.
• Compiling reports/data for KPI's to include inbound/outbound, rework, picking, volumetrics and adhoc.
• Preparation of documentation for external audits.
• Transport operations to include contractual management for haulier and courier business. To also include external tendering for shipments nationally and internationally.
• Administration of personnel as listed within this document to include appraisal reporting, holidays, time in lieu, training, and PPE in accordance with Logistics operational requirements.
• Warehouse equipment management to include tendering of short- and long-term hire contracts and maintenance.
• Coordinating manning and transport requirements for the shows in conjunction with the Design managers requirements.
• Any other duties that the manager may decide from time to time.

Suitable candidates will have knowledge of logistics operations, storage, supply, and distribution

Various internet-based booking systems

Lean Six Sigma - Green belt minimum
