The Marketing Manager role is based within our Civil Training business area.

The role

The difference our new Marketing Manager will make
As a Marketing Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll take responsibility for creating, implementing, and enhancing the marketing strategy for both the Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen apprenticeship programme, in order to increase candidate applications.

Day to day, you'll be continuously improving the website feel and content by implementing new ideas, keeping the site exciting and engaging to various audiences. You'll be managing and creating a content calendar for social media, ensuring engagement remains high with the right audience through monitoring comments and interactions on all social channels.

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role requires travel Milton Keynes and Leamington Spa one day per week on a weekly basis, alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience
* Business related experience required
* Marketing experience working and creating social media content is desirable - Willingness to learn, enthusiastic and passionate for both marketing and communications is essential
* Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Knowledge of all automotive brands is desirable
* Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills with great attention to detail
* Must hold or have ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance with Adults Barred Listed Check
