Overview:

We are hiring a Princ Sales Ops Specialist for our client based in Dublin. This role is a 9-months contract. Our client is dedicated to helping secure the devices, identities, online privacy, and home and family needs of its nearly 50 million consumers, providing them with a trusted ally in a complex digital world.

The role:

Princ Sales Ops Specialist

This role is part of the GTM Finance team and reports to the EMEA Sales Operations Director, the role supports the EMEA Sales and Marketing organization.

The role resides within the EMEA Deal Desk team, a team of 3 and supports the EMEA Sales community. Key purpose of the role involves deal crafting, deal facilitation and ensuring deal compliance is at the forefront, achieved with strong collaboration with the respective stakeholders E.G. Legal, Finance, Engineering etc.

The role will also involve project work, within the DD team looking at continuous improvement and as part of the wider Global teams on Global initiatives, E.G. SalesForce.com

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership for all internal activities on deals e.g. structuring. Problem solving and support to other impacted parties.
  • Manage the relationship with the field sales community to include training and sharing of "best practice".
  • Coordinate deal reviews with Delivery, Sales and internal business partners e.g. Finance and Legal teams.
  • Provide guidance on complex deal structures and suggest alternatives if appropriate.
  • Provide business intelligence regarding contracts/deals.
  • Identify and present deal trends to management, maintain dashboard and present trends and insights.
  • Identify and escalate non-standard requirements, suggest alternatives where appropriate.
  • Maintains a high level of engagement with the business community to ensure operational knowledge is sought and understood


Job requirements/Desired knowledge or certification:

  • 4/5 years of Operational or equivalent experience which includes exposure or management of complex sales or service deals.
  • Prior experience supporting a sales Organization preferably in a US Multinational environment.
  • Excellent organization skills and acts on own initiative.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail balanced with quick responsiveness
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com required
  • Strong communication, partnering and customer service skills
  • Business or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent IT/System skills and knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
