Team Description
Our Finance Team is building the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand.

Dropbox is now a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for all employees. This will be a 3 month paternity cover contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of customers across EMEA and US region
• Monitor aged balances for assigned geographies
• Engage with customers to collect overdue balances
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA
• Work to reconcile customer accounts, where necessary

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in multinational accounts receivable or Big 4 trained
• An aptitude for negotiation, reporting, and problem solving
• Great customer service skills to assist in query resolution
• Strong communication skills with focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, written and spoken is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle a plus
• Must be PC proficient. Experience large ERP a plus
• Degree in business related discipline or Finance/Accounting qualification preferred
