Product Support Engineer

Manpower is currently working with an award-winning manufacturer of chargers for electric vehicles. Due to an increase in demand, they have an exciting opportunity as a product support engineer, as a remote role.

Your role would involve supporting internal sales team on in-depth technical aspects of EV chargers, managing the technical database for key partners and the sales team. Having a background in establishing customer specifications is essential and track record of pre- sales, technical support, tendering or commissioning is advantageous but not essential.

Due to nature of liaising with international clients (Europe, Australia) you will need to be flexible with working hours and keeping up to date with market trends, therefore an interest in the industry is a must. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and ideally educated to a bachelor's degree within electrical engineering. Previous experience with electric vehicle (EV) chargers is not essential as full training will be given, the hardware and software involved is constantly evolving so you will need to enjoy the learning curve the industry will entail.
