Overview

Experis are seeking a QA Software Test Engineer on behalf of a client. Our client is a leading ERP Solutions provider that has helped many businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team who were in Deloittes fast 50. This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity. This position will require to travel to customer sites. This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity.

The role

  • Deploy and maintain field computing hardware on the local area network (LAN)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Ubiquiti, Draytek.
  • Antivirus Software.
  • Zyxel, Draytek Vigor routing/firewall devices.
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Using Exchange Server 2010 and later, email technology.
  • Microsoft Office Integration's and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Solutions for email filtering and anti-spam.
  • Windows Server Remote Desktop Services.
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating System.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT Support working in similar role.
  • Virtualization solutions such as VMWare and Hyper-V would be desirable.
  • Knowledge with cloud computing is preferred but not required.
  • Customer-centred and capable of acting on one's own initiative.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities.
  • Fulfils team requirements for documentation and best practices.
  • Possess a strong passion in IT and a desire to learn.
  • Clean driving license is essential
