Driver Training Assistant - Stoney stanton

We have an exciting new role based in Stoney Stanton Leicestershire, to assist and manage the accurate co-ordination and administration of the DCPC training programme, Driver Training, assist the Driver Training and Compliance Manager and ensure the smooth running of the Training and Development Centre.

Part-time (ongoing contract)

Hours: 25 hours per week (Mon to Fri - 12pm to 5pm) can be discussed

Pay : £10.50

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience of JAUPT and Driver CPC regulations, legislation, and compliance (desirable)
• Create a positive safety culture within the team and increase safety accountability
• Have previous experience of working in a support and co-ordination capacity with a variety of stake holders at different levels with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Liaise with Managers to schedule driver training, record and monitor delegate attendance
• Deliver a professional and high level of customer service within a multi-site organisation
• Diary management and organisation of the training centre facilities
• Process and record purchasing for Driver Training and the Training Centre facilities

Experience:

• Attention to detail with proven experience of delivering high quality work to challenging timescales
• Computer literate with experience of MSOffice
• Display a can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm, have the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Confident, resilient, use own initiative, with good interpersonal and communication skills
