Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassador - Leinster - Permanent - €28,000

Here at Manpower, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Marketing Agency for a Brand Ambassador on a permanent basis.

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to visit retail stores across a designated territory on behalf of several leading brands to complete new product launch & display installations, merchandising and promotional material placement.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. If you have strong communication skills, the confidence to build relationships with in-stores and have a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels, we want to hear from you!

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €28,000
• 10% KPI based bonus
• Company car (or car allowance of €400 / month) + travel expenses & per diem for overnight stays

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous merchandising experience would be beneficial
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to self-motivate with a can-do attitude and Excellent time management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal skills
• Strong communication skills - Smart professional approach and appearance
• Proficiency with technology and software: Ideally Apple based hardware and software applications
• Full Driving license is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing your workloads in line with expectations and commitments agreed with line manager
• Build positive relationships in stores with key contacts to support Brands and influence stores performance between visits
• Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised accordingly
• Ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and increase sales
• Work to KPI's set by clients to increase performance of both personal and team goals
• Attend team meetings and field accompaniments as necessitated and communicated by Area Manager
• Ability to react to short term activities and deliver results positively and proactively
