Our client is a leading Insurance company with office locations across Ireland. They are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to lead their Ennis office. They have long-term success in the Irish market, across a large range of both corporate and individual insurance needs.

This role is fully onsite with no option for work from home or hybrid.

The Ideal Candidate:

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

• APA/CIP Qualification is essential
• 2+ years' People/Operations Management experience
• A proven track record in sales and relationship management
• Process driven
• A full clean driving licence
• Experience producing sales activity reports

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report on Sales Office activity and sales performance
• Coach & mentor Sales advisors
• Grow revenue through direct selling and account management
• Allocate sales targets/KPIs
• Effectively manage underperformance & absenteeism
• Manage all complaints/escalations in line with set out Policies and Procedures
• Keep up to date on all product developments and company updates
• Actively support the Regional Manager across all Sales & Performance metrics
• Encourage and promote a customer centric culture
