Project Manager
Overview
Our client, a well-established construction company specialising in precast concrete, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager
Location
The position is based in company's head office in Kingscourt, Co.Cavan , however involves travel to projects sites in Ireland and occasionally in UK.

Duties
- Delivering large scale building projects
- Management of multiple fitting crew on sites
- Monitoring time, quality and budget of projects
- Scheduling the project using appropriate planning software. Ensuring the adequate resources are available on site to meet the delivery
- Attending daily/weekly meetings with clients
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Civil/Structural or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years site experience on civil or building projects.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site.
- Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills essential.
- Strong communication skills.
