Forklift Warehouse Agent - Heathrow

What does the role involve?
Our client is consistently growing, taking on new customers daily. In the role of Warehouse Agent you will providing a service to meet all of the customers' requirements.
Ensuring safety and security regulations are followed at all times, you will be a vital part of the operational team dealing with various responsibilities all in a time sensitive environment.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Load and off-load freight from and onto vehicles. Place and retrieve freight in and from storage areas.Build cargo onto aircraft units to airline specifications. Complete documentation to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment.Complete necessary checks on Imports/Exports to ensure company and Customer requirements are being met. Build and break down pallets.Record and process cargo documents using handheld technology.Work as part of a team to tight deadlines

Role specifics:

Location: Heathrow

Shifts: Rotational Shift Pattern of 4 on 2 off. Applicants must be able to work rotating shift patterns of 06:00 - 14:30 (earlies) & 13:30 - 22:00 (lates) however we may be able to cater to one ongoing shift pattern depending on availability.

Pay Rate: Earlies - £13.00 per hour. Lates - £14.00 per hour.

Working Days: 40-hour week between Monday to Sunday

Length: Ongoing full-time position
Start Date: 13th February 2023



Requirements:

Must hold a current Forklift licence Good written and verbal communication skills.Hold a full driving licence.Basic IT skills.Manual handling of heavy goods.5-year full working history and eligibility to work in the UK, for referencing and Criminal Record Checks (CRC) vetting.
