Manpower is currently working alongside a leading telecoms organisation based in Central Belfast to recruit for a Customer Service professional to join their office for a temporary position. The Role

In this role, the ideal applicant will hold skills in customer service, as well as a proficiency with computers. The role involves inbound / outbound calls and you will need provide exceptional levels of service to customers and colleagues in several different capacities.
Adaptability is key for this role as you will be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment, liaising with different departments.

The ideal applicant will have:

Customer service skills while managing inbound and outbound calls/orders

Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Excel desirable)

General administration skills

Ability to work in a team
