We have an existing vacancy for a full time Customer Service Advisor in Fawley, Southampton.
The role will involve -

being the primary point of contact for external customers via phone and written correspondenceworking to quality standards, targets and service levelsMaintain accurate, up to date records on the systemCapturing and processing customer ordersGeneral administration dutiesresolve customer complaintswork as part of a team supporting and co-operating with colleagues and other areas of the businessIdentifying, highlighting and escalating any service related issues

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication and relationship building skills and be able to demonstrate real care about the customer with a consultative and listening approach. You will also need to be well organised, have attention to detail, good computer skills and be able to work in a high call environment.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 17.00pm. Plus 1 Saturday per month. The pay rate is £12.82 per hour with over time paid at £19.23 after 37.5 hours per week. Saturday shifts are paid at £19.23 per hour.

The role is initially for around 6 months and then it will be reviewed and may be extended.
