Brand Ambassador - Part Time - Across Ireland

Here at Manpower, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Marketing Agency for a Brand Ambassador on a permanent basis.

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to visit retail stores across a designated territory on behalf of several leading brands to complete new product launch & display installations, merchandising and promotional material placement.

The successful candidate has flexibility to work 3 days per week Monday to Friday. If you have strong communication skills, a full clean drivers licence with your own vehicle and have a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels, we want to hear from you!

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €33,000 Pro Rata
• 10% KPI based bonus
• All Mileage covered, €273 Car Allowance + travel expenses & per diem for overnight stays
• Pension, Private Dental

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous merchandising experience would be beneficial
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to self-motivate with a can-do attitude and Excellent time management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal skills
• Strong communication skills - Smart professional approach and appearance
• Proficiency with technology and software: Ideally Apple based hardware and software applications
• Full Driving license is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing your workloads in line with expectations and commitments agreed with line manager
• Build positive relationships in stores with key contacts to support Brands and influence stores performance between visits
• Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised
• Ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and increase sales
• Work to KPI's set by clients to increase performance of both personal and team goals
• Ability to react to short term activities and deliver results positively and proactively
