Business Development Executive

Job title: Business Development Executive (progression plan to Business Development Manager within 10-12 months for those with less experience)

Salary: £30k-£35k (depending on experience) + laptop & phone

Location: Normanton

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for the business to grow & developing existing business
• Promote and Develop cross selling opportunities with other companies in the group
• Support or lead all sales tender opportunities
• Provide client liaison on quotations and budget estimates
• Forecasting and reporting on sales pipe line
• Driving increasing business revenue, identifying and developing new opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Tracking new markets and emerging trends, recommending new products and services, proposals and developing new strategic partnerships
• Writing quotations, proposals and plans, and guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
• Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs
• Presenting marketing opportunities to the business and helping to develop and support marketing strategies
• Work with Group Marketing Team / Social Media / Direct Sales Teams to promote services internally and externally.
