- Job Title: Aftersales Planning - HYP031
- Location: Gaydon
- Summary: £50-57k
Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for planning and managing both the day to day and mid-term work within the department, working with external stakeholders (Dealerships / Suppliers) and internal partners (Commercial / Accounting) to ensure that customers receive a level of service appropriate to this ultra high luxury product
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and managing the day to day activity across the TA workshop, Nürburgring workshop and mobile workshops across Asia Pacific, China, the Middle East and Europe
- Working with other departments (Accounting / Logistics) to coordinate the movement of vehicles, parts and equipment around the globe at minimum cost whilst providing excellent service levels
- Responsible for prioritizing, communicating and coordinating department activity, including to external stakeholders
- Leading development and execution of the mid term Aftersales strategy for Valkyrie, including specification and development of associated infrastructure (e.g. DMS, invoicing processes)
- This role will require the individual to manage their own time and involve themselves appropriately with the project teams. The role will drive all Valkyrie Aftersales activity within the business by determining the correct actions to be taken for each and every car whilst also planning and setting up a profitable Valkyrie Servicing business
- Responsible for administration of warranty budget and controlling spend on vehicle recovery / reworks etc. (typical spend per recovery / rework in excess of £25,000)
- All work to conform to company and legislative standards.
- A limited number of development cars (and customer cars) reduces the ability for testing so high-quality engineering judgement is essential to this role.
Qualification & Experience:
- Expert understanding parts and BOM structure.
- Expert understanding of vehicle engineering
- Team leadership experience.
- In-depth project management skills

- Minimum BEng degree.
