A Personal Lines Handler position is currently available at a prominent insurance broker in Ireland. The company is highly regarded for providing exceptional insurance products and expert guidance to their clients. The Personal Lines Handler position is an entry-level role that offers opportunities for growth and development within the insurance industry. Training and further qualifications will be provided. Your duty will be to offer expert guidance to clients regarding their car, home, or van insurance arrangements and renewals.

The role:

• Handling all personal line claims of car, van and home insurance.
• Providing exceptional customer service by communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence
• Documenting important information at all stages of the claim process
• Offering technical advice to customers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Emphasizing the customer-centric approach

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with progress towards the APA or CIP qualification.
• Strong organizational skills, with a diligent and thorough approach.
• A collaborative team player who is motivated and enthusiastic.
• Proficiency in using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
• A willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
