Here at Manpower, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Planning Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading home improvements company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for various projects and programs. They will also be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential delays, and communicating updates to team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
  • Identify critical paths, potential delays, and other scheduling issues.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as necessary.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Conduct price checks for crucial stages in our workflow.
  • Ensure all customer queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Manage all milestones with all stakeholders being informed.
  • Holiday/ time off cover for other Operations Team Members.
  • Produce reports on efficiency, wastage and other management reports as required.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling and administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
