Our client, a leading supplier of IT Solutions, are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service excellence, upselling and driving growth with existing clients.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

• Do you have 2+ years' experience in a Sales Executive/Account Management role?
• Do you drive customer service excellence and customer retention?
• Do you have an excellent working knowledge of Zoom/MS Teams video conferencing?
• A background or understanding of IT hardware is desirable.
• Ideally you will be proficient in using Autotask CRM or equivalent.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client research and solution orientated reach outs
• Organise and attend client meetings.
• Identify and promote upselling opportunities with clients based on their business requirements.
• Professionally represent the company brand at all times
• Quality control of new and existing hardware
• Interacting with customers to ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to for new sales and existing contracts
• New business development and referrals
• Ensure the directors of the business are informed when issues need to be escalated
• Accurately update and strategise using the company's CRM system.
