Our client, a leading supplier of Office Supplies, are looking for a target driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their Finglas based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling new and lapsed customers, upselling to existing customers and driving business growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

• Do you have 1+ years' experience in a TeleSales role?
• Do you have experience using customer databases?
• Are you familiar with CRM systems?
• Are you driven and want to exceed targets?
• Working knowledge of MS Office is essential

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide Customer Service Excellence to new & existing customers
• Work seamlessly with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure repeat business
• Deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner
• Meet daily with Business Development colleagues and/or the General Manager
• Accurately put together sales proposals
• Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met
• Provide an excellent after-sales service
