Summary of the Role:

Reporting to the Practice Development Manager you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and bids team, including a range of Marketing and general administration duties.

Duties& responsibilities:

  • To assist teams on a range of marketing material including the preparation of proposals, brochures, presentations etc.
  • To assist in the preparation and compilation of pre-qualification and tender submissions across all our three disciplines.
  • To work closely with the Practice Development Manager to ensure the Bid Library is maintained and continuously updated.
  • To assist in researching and sourcing content and images for our social media channels and website as well as for our internal communications site.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.


What the ideal candidate will need:

  • 3- 5 plus years' experience in a similar team administrator or marketing/bids position
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in marketing, communications, or similar discipline
  • Very strong administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with etenders portal desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of InDesign an advantage
