As an Insurance Claims Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and managing insurance claims.

Role:

• Renewing clients' policies
• Handling mid-term policy adjustments and claims
• Retaining existing clients and cross-selling personal lines policies
• Providing new business quotes and issuing new policies
• Managing client inquiries and providing policy information
• Ensuring regulatory compliance for all client services

What we need:

• Third-level business qualification or equivalent preferred.
• APA certification or actively pursuing it.
• Proficient in organization and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Adaptable and motivated to continuously expand knowledge.
