Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Manpower UK Print & Packaging Division are currently working on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a market leading Labels and Flexible packaging company who having seen consistent growth, are heavily investing across the business, currently installing numerous state-of-the art Machinery and 'one of a kind' Presses (only ones of their kind in the UK) that are expanding their capabilities both in terms of output but also scope for new business! They are therefore eager to enrich their existing longstanding team with an additional Sales/Business Development Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to embark upon a sales career within the Print and Packaging industry. You will begin your career as a sales executive, you will receive industry leading coaching / support to aid you through your development. Having set goals, your role and responsibilities will increase as you grow, building your confidence and knowledge to a high standard.

In the interim your role will mainly be on site, meaning this position would be an ideal commute for someone around the South or West Yorkshire area. You will begin by working along side my client's internal sales team, receiving full systems / product knowledge training, engaging with customers, liaising with all departments and learning all processes from start to finish.

Over time you will begin to build your own client base, managing accounts, eventually moving into a customer facing role. This will involve prospecting and winning new business through solutions selling, visiting clients both on and off sites, possibly nationally and internationally (future) and building strong long-standing relationships.
