Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the successful delivery of projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively taking necessary actions to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Will hold a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a relative discipline.
• We are looking for someone with 5 years of post-qualification work experience in the industrial construction sector.
• Strong commercial management background and awareness.
• Construction and site management experience in the mechanical services or related sector.
• We are looking for a candidate with exposure to cleanroom construction, HVAC services, heat recovery and carbon emission reduction projects.
