Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time, Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator on a Permanent basis for an established Company in Milton Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire.
The role Is Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
After a successful probation period, candidates will have an option to work from home two days per week.
The role is paying £28,000-£30,000pa depending on experience.
The role is responsible for the administration of sales orders, for facilitating the delivery logistics from Japan, Belgium or UK and liaising with our sales managers to provide relevant customer support.
Personal and technical requirements:
- The role requires a person with attention to detail, accuracy in completing tasks;Excellent people and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook systems;Flexibility and enthusiasm.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics series (Navision, AX, Business Central) and knowledge of logistics essential.
Main responsibilities:
Data input tasks
- Inputting sales and purchase orders.Maintaining customer, vendor, price, charges and other relevant data on the database
- Assisting with consignment stock held at customer premises and maintaining records.Uploading information and documents to customer purchasing systems.
Logistics coordination tasks
- Obtaining information for EU sales declarations from customers.Continually communicating with logistic suppliers to expedite all deliveries
Administration tasks
- Responding to phone calls made to the company in a polite and helpful manner and re directing to other staff, if appropriate.
