Executive Assistant to CEO

Our client based in Co Clare, are a leading provider of Community Care are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO.

As a Senior EA, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating effective communication, and handling various administrative tasks.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

  • Do you have 3+ years' experience in an EA or PA role?
  • Have you got experience reporting to and supporting Senior Level Management?
  • Skilled proficiency in MS Office is essential
  • Understanding of Corporate Governance is desirable
  • Do you handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity?

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CEO and Senior Executives
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening phone calls, emails, and requests, and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making and preparation for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular status updates to the CEO.
