Our client, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company is seeking Marketing and Recruitment coordinator to join their team in Monaghan. As part of your role, you will be responsible for coordination of marketing and management of social media platforms in addition to all recruitment campaigns within the company.

This person will have sole responsibility for sourcing, screening, and placing high quality skilled candidates across the rapidly growing company.

The role:

  • Understanding of the external candidate and job market.
  • Provide support to the business throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Source candidates through various talent pools, networks, and channels while expanding the candidate network.
  • Manage job boards and advertisements across different platforms.
  • Screen candidates and collaborate with Hiring Managers to move candidates forward for interviews and assessments.
  • Support and guide candidates throughout the application, selection, job offer, and onboarding process.
  • Assist the business in creating job descriptions for new roles or redefining existing role descriptions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all company social media platforms.
  • Oversee and improve the company website.
  • Create high-quality marketing and advertising materials.
  • Support the management team in enhancing the employer brand.
  • Offer innovative ideas to improve marketing and recruitment strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably, 2 years of experience in marketing or recruitment, although not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient administration skills are crucial.
  • Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong focus on client service, with discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Works well as part of a team and maintains a flexible, positive attitude towards work.
