Our client is a looking for an administrative executive who will be reporting to the Learning & Development Manager. You will be a key member of the Training Team. This role focuses on supporting the L&D Manager with the roll out of the training programmes to their network of their clients.

The nature of this role involves teamwork and collaboration across multiple areas of the business.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years' experience as an administrator
  • A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised with an attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the business.

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience using an LMS system, or any other system is desirable.
  • An interest in helping people on their learning journey.
  • Enjoys working in a Team Environment.


Previous experience in a learning and development role is desirable.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • To carry out as necessary, operation of the Learning Management System to include administrative tasks such as maintaining integrity of the database (new starts and leavers), scheduling classes, attendance records, assessment resets, and reporting.
  • Provide system training to Network Co-Ordinators to enable them manage training attendance and completion of curriculums.
  • Assist Manager with the production of Training Plans.
  • Manage all training materials to include digital storage with latest materials and printed materials for scheduled training.
  • Look after the needs of Trainers and Learners during training.
  • Prepare the Training Calendar to include confirmation of training dates with external Training Partners.
  • Follow up with Trainers to ensure completion and submission of Assessment Reports within agreed timelines.
  • Manage logistics for Training Rooms and Events to include organising catering supplies, hotel bookings, training stationery and, liaison with the Facilities Team as required.
    • Follow-up completion of post-training evaluation forms and, on-line elements to include reporting thereon.
    • Attendance at training events at European level. This is primarily remote and may require travel to Brussels.
    • Issue Purchase orders and assist Manager with preparation of budget and periodic forecasts.
    • Create and issue Team Communications as required.
