Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Trowel Hand to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our projects, contributing to the successful installation of industrial concrete and resin flooring systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of worksites, including surface cleaning, grinding, and leveling.
• Operate power trowels and hand trowels to finish and polish concrete and resin floors to the highest standards.
• Work in collaboration with the installation team to ensure precise and smooth finishes.
• Assist in the mixing and application of coatings and resins.
• Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete or resin flooring is preferred.
• Ability to operate power trowels and hand trowels effectively.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of safety procedures and equipment.
