Our client is a well established and innovative Medical Clinic with locations across Dublin. They are actively looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about continuous improvement and clinical innovation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum Degree in a Science or Regulatory discipline.
• 3-5 Years' experience working in a medical device/pharma or clinical environment.
• Experience working to HPRA guidelines.
• Experience acting as a Responsible Person.
• Internal/external auditing experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice.
• Strong understanding of the general principles of 9001:2015.
• People Management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and problem-solving ability, while maintaining awareness of longer-term objectives.
• Capacity to maintain the highest level of confidentiality internally and externally.
• Excellent MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• High level of teamwork and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Responsible Person.
• Day to Day management of the Quality Team.
• Non-conformance and patient complaint investigation and management.
• Change control management.
• Non-conformance / complaint / change control sign off and approval.
• Ensure HPRA guidelines and GDP are adhered to.
• Document and record accuracy and management.
• Recall products as required.
• Audit Management.
• Ensure H&S and all required training is completed by staff.
