Position: Device Technician

  • Location: Sandyford, Dublin 16
  • Permanent role
  • Salary: €27,000 plus €3,000 bonus

Company Overview: Our client is a leading mobile phone repair service center in Ireland, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise. As Ireland's Largest Mobile Phone Repair Service Centre, they are seeking motivated and skilled Device Technicians to join their team immediately.

Job Description: As a Device Technician, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering top-notch repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Repairing various mobile phone handsets, wearables, tablets, laptops, and modems.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective repair solutions.
  • Performing repairs to meet and exceed the required standards.
  • Conducting thorough testing of repaired handsets to ensure functionality.
  • Engaging in general duties as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of the center.

Qualifications and Attributes: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Exceptional concentration, attention to detail, and precision in your work.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and reliability in your work approach.
  • A positive "can-do, will-do" attitude that contributes to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Apple creditation is essential
  • At least 6 months experience working in a repair shop.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday (No weekends)

All candidates must have EU Citizenship, Stamp 4, or Stamp1G visa.
