Summary of the Role:
Reporting to the Practice Development Manager you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and bids team, including a range of Marketing and general administration duties.

Duties& responsibilities:
- To assist teams on a range of marketing material including the preparation of proposals, brochures, presentations etc.
- To assist in the preparation and compilation of pre-qualification and tender submissions across all our three disciplines.
- To work closely with the Practice Development Manager to ensure the Bid Library is maintained and continuously updated.
- To assist in researching and sourcing content and images for our social media channels and website as well as for our internal communications site.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
What the ideal candidate will need:
- 3- 5 plus years' experience in a similar team administrator or marketing/bids position
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in marketing, communications, or similar discipline
- Very strong administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with etenders portal desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- High level knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of InDesign an advantage
