Air Handling Unit-Design Specialist
Our client, a Ventilation company based in Maynooth are looking for an experienced Air Handling Unit Design Specialist to join their growing team .

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 2 years'+ experience in AHU design?
- Do you have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent?
- Extensive knowledge of the AHU components and energy efficiencies is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
The role:
- Evaluate and choose AHU equipment, including fans, coils, filters, and controls.
- Specify AHU Materials and construction to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate AHUs seamlessly into HVAC systems.
- Ensure AHUs work cohesively with other HVAC components and building automation systems (BAS)
- Ensure all safety and code is followed
- Create detailed technical documentation, including AHU drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of AHU design changes and revisions.
- Testing & troubleshooting
