Our client is a leading supplier of dispensing and adhesive equipment. With a growing client base, they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Customer Support Administrator to join their team. As a Sales & Customer Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and customer support processes. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in any standard CRM system.
  • Excellent time management & organisation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be able to use their initiative to solve problems & provide continuous improvements solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Duties and responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order-related queries.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to communicate customer needs and feedback.

Oder Processing:

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
