About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team in North Dublin. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to effectively manage KPIs, and be able to build and motivate a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping and receiving
- Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
- Ensure that all safety and compliance regulations are met
- Lead and motivate a team of 25 warehouse employees
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the logistics supply chain
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to effectively manage KPIs and track performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with FMCG preferred
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential and applicants who do not fit this criteria will not be considered
