Our client Grifols is currently seeking a student to join the digital innovation team for a 9 month internship programme

 

As a Digital Innovation Team Intern at Grifols, you will play a critical role in supporting our digital innovation team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that can revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with our team of experts to drive innovation, improve processes, and contribute to the company's mission of advancing healthcare.

What your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Project Support: Assist the digital innovation team in project development and execution, providing research, data analysis, and insights.
  • Ideation: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and propose innovative digital solutions that can enhance pharmaceutical processes, from drug discovery to patient care to marketing.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the digital healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, and report findings to the team.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data to draw actionable insights that can inform decision-making and innovation strategies.
  • Prototype Development: Contribute to the creation of prototypes, proof-of-concept projects, and digital tools to demonstrate the feasibility of innovative solutions.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in testing and validating digital solutions to ensure they meet the required standards for safety, compliance, and efficacy.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, research findings, and innovations for future reference.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the company to gather input, feedback, and requirements for digital innovation projects.
  • Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to share progress, findings, and results of digital innovation initiatives.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or in the final year of study in digital innovation. We would also consider graduates or students with a business or IT degree if they can demonstrate a passion and knowledge of digital innovation technologies.
  • Strong interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter who is confident following up on project progress with the innovation team and helping to drive projects to completion.Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.An eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
