Warehouse Operative

Requirements:

• Experience in a computerized warehouse setting
• Computer skills, including IT and administration know-how
• Logistics or supply chain qualification (optional but a plus)
• Exposure to quality management methodologies like Six Sigma or LEAN (a bonus)
• Essential SAP experience, with a preference for WMS and RFID familiarity
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset and an eye for detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Valid Manual Handling and Forklift Certificates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your role involves:

• Accurate picking and packing following SOPs and KPIs
• Oversight of smooth goods receipt and return processes
• Maintaining correct goods location during put-away
• Building a comprehensive understanding of company's sales and support processes
• Contributing to inventory control and stock rotation
• Precise management of dispatch order queries
• Adherence to ISO standard operating procedures and company compliance
• Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Delivering top-notch support and service
• Ad hoc duties as required
