Job Overview: As a Customer Interaction Centre Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, providing high-quality interactions through various channels. You'll play a crucial role in analyzing non-technical queries, researching solutions, and educating customers on navigating support pages. Additionally, you'll collaborate with SAP teams globally to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer cases.
- Process inbound customer calls, emails, chats, and webforms with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.
- Analyze non-technical customer queries, research solutions, and provide easily understandable answers.
- Evaluate the commercial impact of technical issues on customer business processes.
- Assist and educate customers in navigating support pages, software downloads, and license key functions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across SAP teams to ensure the effective and timely resolution of customer cases.
