Commercial Support Executive

Our client, a leading provider of Office Supplies, is looking for a detail-orientated and enthusiastic Commercial Support Executive to join their Finglas-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the commercial department, providing administrative and operational support to the team & contributing to the overall success of the company.

The Ideal Candidate

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

  • 2+ years' experience in a Support role, Commercial or Marketing environments preferable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and multi-tasking skills
  • Possess a keen interest in eCommerce and technology,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office & CRM/ERP systems is essential.
  • Project Management experience desirable

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote the smooth running of the commercial department.
  • Collate data to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning,
  • Support offline marketing initiatives, including radio activations, trade shows and others,
  • Support new product development across our business,
  • Encourage the growth of our sales team, using new and existing systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
